Responsibilities
- Pass medication to resident
- Assisted Residents in ADL's
- Manage electronic health records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Monitor vital signs and perform basic life support (BLS) and CPR when necessary to ensure patient safety.
- Handle manual patient handling tasks safely, adhering to proper lifting and transfer protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while complying with infection control standards
Experience
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably with Assisted Living /long term care background
- Hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of nursing practices and medical protocols related to emergency response and patient safety
