OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Home Care Manager to join our team. If you have strong communication and organizational skills, this may be a great fit!
This Home Care Manager role includes Care Coordination, Recruiting and Sales. You will work with our salespeople to bring in new business. You will be responsible to help with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers by screening and interviewing candidates.
The Salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
The work schedule is:
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
- Your Weekly Schedule may include some evening and weekend work, as the need arises.
HOME CARE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have 5 Years of management experience in the in Healthcare, Home Care, or Senior Care Industries
- You have 3 Years of Caregiving Experience
- You have 3 Years of Care Coordinating/Scheduling Experience
- You have 3 Years of Outside Sales Experience
