Digital Print Production Associate
Guest Communications Corporation (GCC) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Print Production Associate to join our production team in Lenexa, Kansas.
This is a hands-on, full-time position working with digital printing, bindery and finishing equipment, along with shipping and packaging responsibilities.
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate digital production printers and monitor jobs for quality and accuracy
- Set up and produce perfect-bound books
- Operate a guillotine/paper cutter safely and accurately
- Operate laminating equipment
- Perform general print finishing and bindery work
- Package completed jobs for delivery or shipment
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Verify job specifications, quantities, and finished product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written job instructions and production specifications
- Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 50 pounds
- Printing, bindery, finishing, shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
