Role Description This full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role is based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Electrical Engineer will design and analyze electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting, and related systems, in coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing calculations, drawings, and specifications; reviewing codes and standards; and supporting the development of sustainable, reliable, and cost-effective electrical solutions. The role also involves collaborating with architects, other engineers, and clients; participating in design reviews; and supporting construction administration activities such as submittal review and responding to requests for information. The Electrical Engineer will contribute to project documentation, help ensure quality and compliance, and support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of fundamental theories, codes, and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including developing plans, specifications, and calculations for building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution and Power Systems, including load analysis, system coordination, and reliability considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Experience with relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, electrical modeling tools) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to interpret codes and standards, communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in building systems, infrastructure projects, or consulting environments is beneficial, as is familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
