Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will complete diagnostic assessments for both mental health and SUD patients and develop treatment plans for both accordingly. The Therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling for either disorder- as applicable. The Therapist will provide crisis intervention and assist in facilitating intensive outpatient education. The Therapist will be required to document all services provided in accordance with policy and procedure.
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and art therapy.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide counseling and support to clients experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for mental health and SUD patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or mental health counseling or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Therapist is preferred but not required.
