What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on the technical development of construction drawings and design documentation
- Support BIM coordination and development across multiple disciplines
- Assist in implementing design technology strategies, standards, and tools
- Develop and refine Construction Documents in Revit
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy
- Occasional travel for site visits and team coordination
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5 years of proven experience supporting design teams in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and web conferencing tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs
Essential Physical Functions:
- Sit/stand at a desk or computer
- Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites
- Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings
- Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods
- Some project-based travel may be required
