Job Skills / Requirements
The Corporate Command Center is a merger of technology solutions, physical security, intelligence gathering, and customer service. We are a 24/7 support unit responsible for overseeing scheduling accuracy, Officer safety, and incident oversight. The Corporate Command Center Operator is responsible for timekeeping adjustments, monitoring threat alerts, providing field support, and delivering superior customer service to all of our internal and external customers. The operator will dispatch security officers as necessary to respond to various incidents. Ability to work additional hours when needed required.
This is a Full Time Position - 4-5 days a week - Hours will vary for training and then the permanent schedule will be a mix of:
1st Shift 06:00 - 14:00
and
2nd Shift 14:00 - 22:00 or 16:00 - 00:00
