Pay: $ 25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
Work Orders & Documentation:
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Report recurring equipment problems to the Production Supervisor for evaluation.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with line leads and production teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Communicate machine status updates and potential delays.
- Assist in training production staff on proper equipment use and minor maintenance tasks.
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ensure maintenance work is performed in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
- Identify and report safety hazards and work to resolve them promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing and production floor setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various temperatures.
- Hands-on, fast-paced environment requiring physical activity and safety awareness.
