We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to sit at the center of product, operations, and customer success.
This role owns how our platform actually runs in the real world.
What You Will Own
- Build, update, and manage live customer workflows using our proprietary software, Dynamic Flow
- Lead customer onboarding, configuration, and go live execution
- Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues
- Diagnose whether issues stem from people, process, or product
- Partner with senior leadership, product, and engineering to drive permanent fixes
- Continuously improve workflows, systems, and performance at scale
