Job Summary
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship manager for GuardianVets' existing hospital partners. This individual is responsible for proactively engaging clients to ensure exceptional service, strengthen relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and uncover additional products or services that can help hospitals operate more efficiently.
This role is not focused on selling—it is focused on creating outstanding customer experiences that naturally lead to increased client retention, referrals, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled check-in calls with existing hospital clients.
- Build strong relationships with practice managers, hospital administrators, and veterinarians.
- Gather feedback regarding GuardianVets' performance and overall client satisfaction.
- Identify operational challenges and work with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly.
- Recognize opportunities to expand GuardianVets services, including:
- After-hours support
- Weekend coverage
- Daytime overflow
- Appointment scheduling
- Additional hospital locations
- New GuardianVets products and services
- Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.
- Monitor customer health and identify accounts that may be at risk.
- Track client interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Training, and Leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Generate referrals and testimonials from satisfied customers.
- Help improve client retention and increase overall customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service, account management, customer success, or sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Comfortable presenting information and leading customer meetings.
- Veterinary industry experience is preferred but not required.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
