Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance and financial products.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
