Location: Ardent Dental - Northline 🦷 Front Desk / Dental Receptionist Pay range $19-23 depending on experience Northline Dental — Southgate, MI Northline Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk team member to join our growing dental practice in Southgate! Our team takes pride in creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment while providing high-quality care ranging from routine cleanings to restorative treatments, implants, extractions, crowns, and root canal therapy. We're looking for someone who will be the warm and welcoming face of our practice and help make every patient's experience exceptional from the moment they call or walk through our doors. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression Answer phones and assist patients with questions and scheduling Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Check patients in and out Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copayments, balances, and other patient payments Present financial options and help patients understand treatment costs Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records and information Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the team Help manage the daily flow of the office Follow up with patients regarding appointments and recommended treatment Provide exceptional customer service throughout every patient interaction What We're Looking For Previous dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology Experience with scheduling and patient management software is a plus Excellent communication and phone skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy dental office Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients A genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and cared for Why Northline Dental?
