Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties along assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Collect and dispose of waste, debris, and recyclables along the route
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or irregularities to supervisors
- Follow all company protocols, safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on route
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or route-based work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
- Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
