What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a team of 8–15 intake specialists handling inbound and online inquiries.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent, professional client conversations.
- Monitor performance metrics such as speed-to-lead, show rates, and quality of handoff to the legal team.
- Partner with attorneys and compliance staff to ensure every interaction is accurate and aligned.
- Recruit, train, and grow new intake specialists while fostering a positive, energetic team culture.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience leading intake or inside teams (legal, financial, or service industries preferred).
- A track record of building engaged teams and improving performance through coaching.
- Comfort with CRM and communication platforms; data-driven in your approach.
- A people-first mindset with the ability to balance results, compliance, and client care.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $70,000
- Performance bonus: based on team results and client experience
