We are seeking an experienced Title Insurance Processor/Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess stablished relationships with realtors and lenders and can bring their book of business and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the title insurance industry, specifically in processing and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage title insurance transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough title searches and examinations.
- Prepare closing documents and finalize transactions.
- Perform closings.
- Maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and closing.
- Experience working with E-Closing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Experience working in E-Closing.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Notary Public.
