We're looking for:
- Experienced sales leaders with a proven record of leading high-performing teams
- Individuals with 2 years of experience in insurance sales management
- Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making
- Active Property & Casualty license
- High energy, integrity, and a passion for helping people succeed
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents to meet and exceed production goals
- Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions to strengthen results
- Collaborate with leadership to improve lead distribution, training, and agent performance
- Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
- Support agents in developing their sales and service skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally with Tech and Marketing to create a seamless experience for customers
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members as Guardian continues to scale
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of insurance sales management experience.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A passion for customer success.
- Must possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
