Your Day-to-Day
- Build and improve systems that support lead scoring, targeting, and growth optimization
- Develop, validate, and retrain predictive models for new states and expansion markets
- Analyze lead and funnel data to improve routing, allocation, and operational decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across growth, sales, and operations to define model inputs, business objectives, and success metrics
- Build reporting and diagnostics around model performance, calibration, thresholds, lift, and operational impact
- Identify opportunities to improve models through additional features, better data sources, and stronger validation methodologies
- Help productionize repeatable modeling workflows using Python and Google Cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to broader analytics work including conversion modeling, premium prediction, operational forecasting, and growth analysis
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and operational decisions
- Help improve organizational trust in data by communicating tradeoffs, uncertainty, and limitations clearly
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to connect models to business outcomes
- Experience working in startup, high-growth, or highly iterative environments
- Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience building and evaluating applied machine learning models
- Ability to work with messy, imperfect real-world datasets
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- High learning velocity and strong business instincts
- Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive decisions
- Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical execution speed
- Experience with lead scoring, ranking, targeting, or growth optimization models
- Familiarity with insurance, fintech, pricing, or operational workflow environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-connected data systems
- Exposure to experimentation, causal inference, or uplift modeling
- Experience with Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub
- Experience supporting operational decision-making systems rather than purely dashboarding or reporting
