We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who thrives on complexity, values precision, and wants their code to serve a purpose greater than the bottom line.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer at Guardian Sentinel, you will be the primary architect of custom solutions within Government Cloud environments. You will transition seamlessly between declarative "low-code" solutions and complex programmatic development to solve problems that have no margin for error.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop: Build scalable, secure solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Secure Architecture: Implement and maintain robust security models (Object/Field-level security, Permission Sets) tailored for IL4/IL5 federal environments.
• Integration: Develop and optimize REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external national security data sources and legacy systems.
• Automation: Orchestrate complex business logic using Flow, Apex Triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Digital Maintenance: Ensure the continuous health and performance of mission-critical dashboards and public-sector portals.

What You Bring

• Technical Depth: 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• The Stack: Mastery of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript (LWC), and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Mission Focus: Experience (or a strong desire to work) within GovCloud or other regulated federal frameworks.
• Citizenship: Due to the nature of our work supporting the Department of Defense, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I is required.
