Position Summary:
Pay:
- $22 - $26 per hour
Schedule:
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch)
Work Setting:
- M-F, Hybrid/Remote
- Monday-Tuesday: Onsite at our SODO Seattle location
- Wednesday-Friday: Remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls from customers both internal and external
- Responds to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner and provide accurate information to both customers and employees
- Assigns and schedules inspection requests from clients
- Responsible for the life cycle of inspections ticket/work order (creates, edits, completes and invoice service orders).
- Follows documented processes to save reports and files to customer files
- Accurately notates and documents work in CRM (Sedona)
- Works closely with the management and sales for resource and project planning.
- Always Demonstrates a commitment to Guardian Security values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.
- Performs other coordinator duties as assigned.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- One to three years of customer service-related experience.
- Familiarity with life safety systems (preferred)
- Multi-line phone experience.
- Experience with managing invoices/billing experience (preferred)

We know an endless loop of interviews can be draining! To combat this, our interview process is capped at 3 interviews:
• Phone screen with our internal recruiter (~30 minutes)
• Virtual or Onsite interview with Admin Manager (~45-60 minutes)
• Final virtual interview with Inspections Dept Manager and peer (~45-60 minutes)
