What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Officer position at Guardian Savings Bank?

We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer, with experience in originating mortgage loans, for our Northern Kentucky offices. In this role, you will initiate the mortgage process for potential clients, preparing analyzing and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent, required; or Associate degree, preferred
• Minimum 1 years current Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
• Established NMLS license, preferred
