Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an office, warehouse, or administrative support role is a plus
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs safely
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace
- Comfortable using online ordering systems and creating shipping labels
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries
- Lift, move, and stock supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder office and operational supplies as needed
- Create and print shipping labels; assist with preparing outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized storage and supply areas
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and mail distribution
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for orders, maintenance, and deliveries
- Support the operations team with special projects and daily workflow needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to support a smooth and efficient work environment
