The Opportunity: Business Development Representative

We're expanding our Business Development team with accomplished sales professionals who are ready to apply their expertise to work that saves lives. Your Mission

Position Guardian Recovery as the premier treatment solution among hospitals, healthcare systems, behavioral health professionals, guidance counselors, union representatives, and employee assistance programs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and community resource, developing strategic referral partnerships that connect individuals in need with life-changing care.


Day-to-Day Impact

  • Execute sophisticated territory management strategies across your region
  • Conduct high-level presentations to healthcare executives and clinical professionals
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with key referral sources
  • Represent Guardian Recovery at medical conferences and community events
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to optimize territory performance


Your Background


Essential Experience:

  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales in healthcare environments
  • Pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, capital equipment, or healthcare IT/EMR experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex healthcare systems
  • Consistent record of quota attainment and territory growth

  • Executive presence and polished communication style
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong autonomous work ethic
  • Deep relationship-building skills with clinical and administrative stakeholders
