About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Princeton, NJ. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, long-term care to clients. With evening groups and individual therapy sessions, you’ll have the chance to build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in person IOP groups as well as handle an individual caseload
- Track client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate care with the clinical team
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe, ethical, and effective treatment environment
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- LAC, LPC, MSW, LCSW
- Experience working in Mental Health
- Comfortable facilitating group therapy and managing an individual caseload
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a mental health program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to client-centered, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,000–$86,000 (dependent on licensure)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4 OR 9-5
- Location: (Hybrid) Princeton, NJ/ New Brunswick
