Position Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide direct speech therapy services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on helping children and adolescents reach their full potential.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Location: Bellevue, WA

Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
  • Optional sign-on bonus (select locations)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physician approval
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and behavioral teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • CPR certification (all ages)
  • Competence in treating pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word preferred)
  • Passion for helping children and families
