Position Summary
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide direct speech therapy services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on helping children and adolescents reach their full potential.

Compensation & Incentives
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physician approval
- Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and behavioral teams to support patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification (all ages)
- Competence in treating pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word preferred)
- Passion for helping children and families
