What You’ll Do
- Partner with our Maintenance Coordinator for task assignments and support
- Perform a wide variety of maintenance work (painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing/electrical, HVAC inspections, landscaping, etc.)
- Handle routine property inspections to ensure a safe, healthy, and functional environment
- Communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and document tasks and purchases
- Respect and enforce property rules, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Show care and professionalism when interacting with residents and teammates
What We're Looking For
- A steady, dependable work ethic—someone who sees follow-through as a matter of integrity
- A heart to serve people, especially when they’re dealing with something broken or stressful
- Practical skills in general maintenance (painting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Digital communication skills (text, apps, software)
- Willingness to learn and adapt, while valuing structure and consistency
- Someone who is physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor
- A person who respects policies around drug-free and safety-conscious work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic maintenance knowledge across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
- Any additional certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus
