What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROPERTY MAINTENANCE position at Guardian Property Management, Inc.?
Experienced, efficient, friendly PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE PERSON needed for consistent part-time or full-time work
YOU:
A punctual, detail-oriented problem-solver with a variety of property maintenance skills (minimum 10 years' experience), a hefty toolbox and good professional references. You communicate well, treat people with respect and take pride in adding value to the team. You show good judgment, always managing your time well. Based upon all your prior experience, you are comfortable being responsible for the following on Multifamily, Condominiums, Residential and Commercial properties:
- Repairs (leaks, toilets, valves, diagnosing electrical issues, HVAC – drains and thermostats, patch/paint, screens, clogs, caulking, light carpentry, flooring, concrete/asphalt patching, plumbing fixtures)
- General Maintenance (irrigation, building clean-up, dumpster management, safety system checks, battery replacements)
- Appliances & Fixtures (troubleshooting, replacing parts and appliances, blind replacements)
- Doors & Windows (frames & trims, locks, screens, sliding doors, weatherstripping)
- Unit Turnovers (painting, flooring, patches, drywall and blending work, everything to get a unit ready to lease)
- Cheerful Tenants & Owners (politeness, helpfulness, proactivity)
- Must be a US Resident or possess the appropriate work visa. Must be a licensed and insured driver. The above does not reflect a complete list of duties you may be requested to perform.
