Guardian Moving is growing in Middle Tennessee, and we’re looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to build and grow our book of business across corporate, healthcare, and educational accounts.
You’ll be the face of Guardian for commercial customers—finding opportunities, scoping projects, and helping organizations move, store, and manage their facilities and assets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business for office moves, warehouse moves, storage, and logistics services
- Prospect and build a pipeline of corporations, hospitals/health systems, clinics, universities, and schools
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs, gather requirements, and scope commercial projects
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and RFP responses
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers (facility managers, operations leaders, real estate, procurement, etc.)
- Partner with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and successful execution
- Track activity, pipeline, and results in the CRM and report regularly to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (moving, logistics, facilities services, or related field preferred)
- Proven track record of hunting, closing, and growing accounts
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Based in (or willing to work primarily in) the Greater Nashville area
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
