What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Groundskeeper position at Guardian Management LLC.?
Job Duties:
- Sweep, dust and remove trash and debris throughout the property
- Wipe down and sanitize surface areas – elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobby area, etc.
- Mop and power wash floors and walkways
- Vacuum carpets
- Rake and blow leaves from yard or grass areas
- Weed, mow, cut or hedge plants, shrubs and grass areas
- Clean pool
Requirements/Skills
- Must have a neat appearance
- Knowledge and experience in cleaning chemicals, supplies and work methods
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
