Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of 20-30 cases per month
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management and organization
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies
To be considered for Associate Attorney, you should:
- Have successfully completed law school, passed the Georgia state bar exam, and have a completed Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- Be an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Possess phenomenal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required to efficiently work with clients, other attorneys, case managers, and other support staff
- Prior experience in civil litigation is a huge plus
