As a Family Preservation Therapist with Guardian Light Family Services, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing intensive, in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Your primary goal is to empower families to create a safe and nurturing environment for themselves and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments to identify family needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide brief, intensive therapy sessions to help families build healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.
- Collaborate with NE DHHS and GLFS Skillbuilder to ensure families receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:
- LMHP, PLMHP or Master's level intern within one semester of graduation required
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily work use
- Daily access to GLFS email and computer systems via own cell phone and internet service
- Timeliness and effective communication essential
