Qualifications
- Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be willing to pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong interest in financial services and helping others
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to operate as a business owner
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to build a career in sales and business development
- Must be willing to be appointed with multiple insurance and financial services carriers
- Must be willing to collaborate with advisors and teammates on case strategy and client planning
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with prospective clients
- Help individuals, families, and business owners address financial goals and risks
- Learn financial planning, investment, retirement, insurance, and business planning strategies
- Participate in mentorship, joint work opportunities, and ongoing professional development
- Build your own client base and long-term book of business
- Work alongside experienced professionals for coaching and business planning
Work Structure
- Mandatory in-person Monday meetings
- Flexible weekly schedule outside of required meetings and training
- Ability to control your activity level and growth trajectory
- Opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time
- Group benefits available upon earning a full-time contract
- Candidates must complete the firm's pre-production requirements before qualifying for a full-time contract
