We are seeking a confident and adaptable Spanish Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Greenwich. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3-5, helping students develop their language skills and cultural understanding while preparing for GCSEs and post-16 pathways.

Spanish Teacher - Key Details

Position: Spanish Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Start Date: April 2026

Working Pattern: Term-time only

Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS

Spanish Teacher - The Role

As a Spanish Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5 that develop students’ language skills and intercultural understanding
• Support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, including those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs
• Prepare students for GCSE assessments and guide progress for post-16 study
• Lead enrichment opportunities, including language workshops, cultural events, and collaborative projects
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal progress
• Encourage students at risk of disengagement to remain motivated and reach their potential
  
  
  

Spanish Teacher - Qualifications & Experience

• PGCE with QTS (UK)
• Degree from a UK University
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
