This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.

The Role:
- Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position
- Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Camden
- Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom
- Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional support
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
- Able to commit to a full-time role in Camden
Salary : $90 - $110
