Project support officers play a key role in the monitoring and delivery of key projects within the behaviour change team, particularly a flagship community cycling programme. This position will help to analyse programme and participant data using Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that data is used to improve programme performance and demonstrate the impact of behaviour change projects for funders and potential funders. Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills are essential, along with the ability to set your own priorities and deliver work within tight timescales.
