Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with IBDP/ IGCSE standards for Biology and ESS.
• Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.
• Plan and implement rigorous units of work that integrate global contexts and real-world applications.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching.
• Analyze student data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
• Maintain high expectations for behavior and academic performance.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding achievement and wellbeing.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field; Master's degree preferred.
