Employee Experience Manager, HOUSE OF COMMONS

What you'll be doingAs an Employee Experience Manager, you will lead the delivery of an outstanding employee experience at the House of Commons, supporting the wider UK Parliament through every stage of the employee lifecycle.Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience and Policy, you will manage a team of five Employee Experience Coordinators, ensuring a high-quality, responsive service while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to combine people leadership with operational excellence in a unique organisation at the heart of UK democracy.You will oversee employee lifecycle processes, ensuring service standards, SLAs, and KPIs are met while maintaining accurate employment records, contracts, and correspondence. Working closely with colleagues across People and Culture, payroll, and resourcing, you will resolve complex queries, improve processes, and develop guidance and resources for managers and employees.
