Aircraft Line Service Supervisor

Summary:

Located at the Ontario International Airport, we are looking for full-time Line Service Techs available to work with large equipment, serving luxury aviation customers.

Reporting To:

General Manager

Schedule: This position with the Guardian Jet Center requires availability for any/all shifts as well as overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the entire fueling process from tank extraction to aircraft fueling
• Wing walk and marshal aircraft safely to designated spaces
• Help transfer passenger luggage to designated locations
• Clean and wipe down aircraft as requested
• Operate all vehicles and equipment including fuel truck and tugs
• Ability to ensure proper check in by following policies, procedures while adhering to safety
• Position Based Tenant planes in hangar
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Line Service Experience 3 or more year - REQUIRED

Education / Certification:

High School Diploma

Required Knowledge:

• Must be comfortable using internet to track flights
• Must have a general knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have fueling and marshalling experience

Experience Required:

• 3 years Line Service Technician experience
• FBO or Aviation background - REQUIRED

• Must present an upbeat, friendly, and positive demeanor at all times to all internal & external customers.
• Must possess the ability to listen carefully and be attentive to our customers.
• Must be able to handle multiple arrivals and departures
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to interact professionally with internal and external customers, executives, company management, co-workers, and the general public in person and over the phone at all times.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multitask.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish, a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, walk and stand for up to 8 hours throughout the day.
• Must be able to speak to customers over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and communications radio.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
