Essential responsibilities: Answering phones, making insurance changes and writing policies, scanning documents, emailing, processing in-coming and out-going mail, processing insurance payments, generally keeping customers satisfied with our service.
Qualifications:
-Be dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented
-Have a strong work-ethic
-Able to answer phones quickly, with a cheerful attitude and a smile
-Kind to clients and co-workers
-Able to type 50 WPM or higher
-Able to learn new computer programs easily
-Open to getting licensed in insurance
