We are seeking a motivated Canvasser/Closer (Outside Sales Representative) to join our team, specializing in residential retrofit projects focused on weatherization solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in home improvement sales, particularly in HVAC or insulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 8–12 in-home sales presentations per week for residential customers, focusing on weatherization upgrades such as attic, wall, and crawl space insulation, duct sealing, radiant barriers, air sealing, and whole house fans.
- Work primarily company generated leads, but also 10 Hours of Residential Canvassing per week to set appointments for yourself.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency improvements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in in-home home improvement sales is required; experience in HVAC or insulation sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- 1-2 Years Experience canvassing
Compensation
- Straight commission structure: earn 14-20% commission plus bonuses.
- Average Commission: $800 (10-12 Sales Per Month)
- On-target earnings range from $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
