As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. What You Will Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and product alignment
- Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce missing, loss, or damaged product
- Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals
- Maintain compliance and safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Track KPIs such as FIFO (First In-First Out), scrap, and staining
- Identify and implement process to improvements and cost-savings initiatives
- Experience creating pivot tables, tracking, and diagnosing data in Excel
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices
