What You Will Do
- Monitor and control production processes and equipment
- Analyze process data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using root cause analysis techniques
- Lead or support projects focused on improvements or technology upgrades
- Collaborate with other process engineers, maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Train and mentor operators and technicians on processes and best practices
- Experience developing good practices and understanding data to optimize manufacturing processes
- Experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Knowledge of process control systems and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience as a process engineer in a glass manufacturing company
