What You Will Do
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
Monitor and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime
Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Technical knowledge of mechanical/ electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
Experience using a CMMS
Minimum of 2 years expereince in same or similar role
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge or certification in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies
Extensive CMMS platform experience (generating KPIs, optimizing workflows, creating custom reports, asset hierarchy setup)
