Schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Awake overnights)

Key Responsibilities: Maintain awake vigilance from 10 PM to 6 AM to ensure safety. Assist with nighttime mobility, transfers, and restroom visits. Manage occasional nighttime anxiety with calm companionship. Perform light housekeeping or laundry during quiet hours.
Candidate Requirements: Must be a non-smoker. Ability to stay alert, focused, and responsive all night. Proven experience with awake overnight care. Background check clearance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Current Openings: *All positions require some weekend availability*
- $20/hour - Waconia, MN - 8-hour "awake" shifts from 10pm-6am
- $20/hour - Hutchinson, MN - 12-hour "awake" shifts (example: noon-midnight, midnight to noon)
- We serve an area within 40 minutes around Glencoe, MN. Shifts currently available in Hutchinson, Glencoe, Hector, Lake Lillian.
- Part-time positions available with a variety of 4-12 hour shifts including some weekends
- Full time positions may be considered for candidates with more open availability including weekends.
