What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Canvasser / Appointment Setter (D2D, no sales) position at Guardian Impact Windows and Roofing?
We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Field Canvassers / Appointment Setters. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, generating leads and setting qualified appointments for our in-home sales closers in the impact windows, roofing, and door industry.
No prior sales experience is required, just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to earn.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned territories speaking with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on impact windows, roofing, and door solutions
- Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team
- Accurately input and track leads and scheduled appointments
- Follow up and reschedule appointments when needed
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, etc.) in targeted neighborhoods
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $600 per week
- Per Closed Sale (from your appointment): $500
- Rescheduled Appointments: $300 per closed deal
- Day-Off Conversions: 7% commission on total sale (for leads you generated)
- Flyer Sales: 5% commission on total sale
- Monthly Bonus: 1% bonus on total revenue generated over $50,000
Uncapped earning potential — high performers can earn well into five figures monthly.
