Sales Representative – Human Capital Management (HCM) & HR Consulting Solutions

What You’ll Do

  • Sell HCM software, payroll services, and HR consulting solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, demos, presentations, and solution recommendations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Follow up relentlessly — we value discipline, organization, and flawless execution.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure a world-class onboarding experience for your clients.
  • Track activity and pipeline accurately in our CRM.


Lead Generation Expectations

We’ll set you up to win — but we expect you to hunt too.

You’ll receive:

  • Inbound leads assigned directly to you
  • Warm opportunities generated through our partner/broker network
  • Marketing-driven inquiries

You are also expected to:

  • Prospect and cultivate your own pipeline
  • Build referral relationships
  • Attend events, visit businesses, and expand your personal book of business

The best performers will be those who treat this like their own business inside our business.


Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and character:

You have:

·        2–5 years of payroll, HCM, HR tech, HR consulting, or related B2B sales experience

·        Proven success closing deals with small to mid-sized companies

·        Strong follow-through, discipline, and accountability

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        A self-starter mentality — someone who doesn’t wait for direction

Compensation & Benefits

·        $70,000 base salary high-earning commission potential (Top performers earn $150K–$250K with long-term growth opportunity)

Physical Requirements:

Work is predominantly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse proficiently, and have good near vision for close-up. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Occasional light lifting may be required.

Other Information:

This is a full-time, nonexempt, in-office position (located at 16830 Ventura Blvd, Ste 326, Encino, CA, 91436), for 40 hours per week (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday to Friday. Occasional evening/weekend work and 2-3 business trips per year may be required as job duties demand.  

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
