At Guardian Home Inspection, our inspectors:
Complete 2–3 inspections per day
Earn $90k–$120k

📈 Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Home Inspector based in the Greater Pittsburgh region.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough residential property inspections
Evaluating major systems (structure, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Generating detailed digital inspection reports
Communicating findings clearly to clients and agents
Providing actionable insights and answering client questions
Remote work for administrative tasks and report writing may be permitted depending on workflow.
⚠️ Performance Expectations
This is a production-driven role.
Target: 550–650 inspections per year
High-volume schedule
Multiple inspections per day
If you want a slow pace, this isn’t it.
If you want high income, it is.
🚗 Vehicle & Travel
Company vehicles available for select inspectors
Otherwise, use your own vehicle
Mileage reimbursed per Company policy
✅ Qualifications
Minimum 1 year home inspection experience required
Member of InterNACHI or ASHI
Must have passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Familiarity with inspection software and digital reporting tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
