Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Home Health Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our referral network and grow our patient census.

The ideal candidate has experience in home health marketing, healthcare sales, or business development, with a strong understanding of how to develop and maintain productive referral relationships.

Candidates with established relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a field-based position requiring regular visits to healthcare facilities, networking events, and community partners throughout our service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALFs), rehabilitation centers, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities to increase patient admissions and expand Guardian's market presence.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about Guardian's home health services and capabilities.
• Represent Guardian at networking events, community functions, and healthcare industry meetings.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve established referral and growth goals.
• Maintain accurate records of referral-source relationships, marketing activities, and follow-up opportunities.
• Collaborate with Guardian's administrative and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process.
• Monitor referral activity, track performance, and provide regular updates on business development efforts.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home health marketing, hospice marketing, healthcare sales, or business development.
• Established relationships with healthcare referral sources in Central or Northeast Florida.
• Understanding of home health services, referral processes, and healthcare provider relationships.
• Demonstrated success developing referral networks and achieving sales or growth goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to develop new business relationships and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent Guardian positively in healthcare settings.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary Performance Bonuses

We offer an attractive compensation package designed to reward motivated individuals who contribute to Guardian's continued growth.

• Annual earning potential: $50,000–$86,000, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Competitive base salary, with higher starting compensation considered for experienced candidates.
• Monthly performance bonuses based on established growth goals.
• Guaranteed bonus during the initial 90-day onboarding period.
• $500 monthly vehicle allowance.
