Busy home care agency looking for Registered Nurses to case manage our patients in their homes. We are looking for a nurse for the Brockton area. We offer 401(k), competitive per-visit pay rates, paid time off, flexible schedules, and health/dental insurance.
We're a well established home care company with excellent employee retention. We are looking for responsible and caring nurses who are well organized, personable and professional. Must have ability to communicate with providers, patient families, coworkers, and submit timely documentation.
We provide extensive clinical staff support, training, and IT support. Our nurses utilize company owned personal iPads for documentation.
Must have:
- Current CPR card
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Valid and current driver's license
- Reliable transportation
