Position Summary
The Clinical Director oversees all aspects of clinical programming within our residential treatment facility. This leader ensures that therapeutic practices align with best-practice standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience with dual diagnosis treatment, and a solid background in eating disorder care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and interns.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical programming to meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, DCF).
- Lead case review meetings, treatment planning, and staff development initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor outcomes, client satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the growth of clinical services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or director role.
- Strong experience working with dual diagnosis and eating disorder populations.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
