OverviewQualifications:
Looking for both an InstallerLead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.
Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team.
- No experience necessary, PAID on the job training provided.

Job Tasks:
Loadunload materialsequipment as needed.
Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
Apply concrete coatings.
Communicate with customersother personnel.
Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.
Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Must have drivers licensereliable transportation.
- Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
- Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Physical Abilities:
- Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally.
